Loved coffee/tea making machines, a multi-channel television, and a sitting area in the room. A great selection of food for breakfast, which was FANTASTIC to satisfy everyone.

I had an interesting time at this place. the breakfast was delicious, especially the desserts at dinner. the dinner buffet was exceptional—shoutout to the anjeer halwa and coconut halwa, truly outstanding. While the staff needed a little more training in the restaurant, the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly front desk personnel saved the day.

Located in the heart of a bustling city and close to Statue of Unity, this hotel is convenient for tourists. the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. Housekeeping staff do a great job of keeping the bathrooms clean despite occasional service hiccups. the breakfast spread here is quite good, with a variety of options to suit all palates. the gym and restaurant facilities are nice extras.

The front desk staff needs to be more responsive, especially when basic amenities are missing, like toilet paper and towels.

The hotel offered a great variety of food selection during our stay, and the housekeeping staff was swift and efficient in responding to our requests, making our stay comfortable. The hotel was also located in a prime spot for dining and shopping, which was convenient for us.

The service in various departments was at times disappointing as the staff seemed inexperienced and out of their depth. we had requested a non-smoking room but were given a smoking room, which affected my breathing.
